Miracle Gen Animal Health Co., Ltd. (incorporation pending, "the Company") operates the website furnaviai.com and the FurNavi platform (collectively, "the Services"). To protect your personal data and privacy, and in compliance with the Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act and related regulations, we have established this Privacy Policy ("this Policy"). Please read it carefully before using the Services. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

• Contact form: When you submit the "Contact Us" form, we collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email, organization, job title, phone number, country/city, inquiry category and message content.
• Membership and platform use: When you register for FurNavi membership or use platform services, we collect account data, pet health records (such as Health Passport, vaccine records and visit records) and usage records as required by the features.
• Cookies and usage records: The Services use cookies to provide a better browsing experience and may collect non-identifying technical data such as device type, browser, pages viewed and time spent.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

The Company uses your personal data only for the following purposes:

• Responding to your inquiries and providing requested product or service information;
• Providing FurNavi membership services, Health Passport, AI navigation and clinic linkage features;
• Evaluating, contacting and servicing collaboration projects;
• After de-identification, accumulating structured data as Real-World Evidence (RWE) for industry research, drug development and licensing;
• Improving the content and user experience of the Services;
• Fulfilling legal obligations or other purposes with your consent.

Except with your consent, for legal compliance, or as otherwise required by law, the Company will not provide your personal data to unrelated third parties, nor engage in commercial sales or marketing list exchanges. RWE applications are always de-identified and never used in personally identifiable form.

4. Use of Cookies

The Services use cookies and similar technologies (such as resources required for third-party services like Google Fonts) to maintain functionality and analyze browsing behavior. You may refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; however, some functions may be affected.

5. Retention and Protection

The Company retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the collection purposes, and applies reasonable technical and administrative measures (such as RBAC role permissions, multi-tenant data isolation, Row Level Security and encrypted transmission) to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. When the collection purposes cease to exist, the Company will delete or destroy the relevant data in accordance with applicable law.

The pet parent features of the Services involve pet health records. Minors should obtain consent from their legal guardian before using the Services.
